TaalTafels believes it is important to be on the social map within The Hague and have partnerships to help refugees and migrants further in their lives. We work together with volunteer organizations Taal aan Zee, Taalhuis and Vluchtelingenwerk, which offer extra language activities or other help. In addition, we have close collaboration with the UAF. Many of our highly educated students have studied or want to continue their studies. UAF can help in many cases.

The University Asylum Fund (UAF) is the oldest refugee organization in the Netherlands. The UAF provides advice, guidance and financial support to promote the development of refugee students and professionals and their integration into the Dutch labour market.

Taal aan Zee is a volunteer organization in The Hague with language buddies, coaches and NT2 lessons for asylum seekers, refugees and vulnerable foreign speakers.

Taalhuis in the Central Library of The Hague advises on language shools and language offerings and organizes activities in the field of language.

Vluchtelingenwerk The Hague assists refugees in the field of asylum procedures, legal questions, housing, family reunion, integration and language. Refugee Work has an integration consultation hour, helps with applying for a DUO loan and refers you to language providers, coaches and buddies.
